Mark recently worked for McKinsey for 10 years and has over 25 years of consulting experience with a major focus on implementing operational business improvement including both opportunity assessment/ diagnostic and implementation. He has led transformation programs across multiple industry sectors, including Mining, Transport (rail and trucking), Energy, Steel, Manufacturing, Chemicals, IT Services and Financial Services and multiple functions including production, maintenance and procurement.

Strong interest in all things digital including start-ups and applying advanced analytics to industry.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Mark worked primarily in implementation consulting in private equity and for Partners in Performance in steel, cement, IT services, leading turnarounds in trucking and managing mergers (integration manager).
He also previously worked for 6 years for Booz Allen in the Operations Management Group.
Mark has worked in Australia, UK, US and most of North Western Europe.
